Hi everyone, I'm Christine! I'm a qualified level 3 personal trainer and
sports massage therapist, 200hrs qualified yoga teacher, pilates instructor and I also hold 2 degree level qualifications in nutrition.
I also hold specialist Yoga teacher qualifications (children's, teens, post natal) that enable me to cater for a greater amount of people in the most appropriate way for them. I am continually learning to improve and develop my offerings and the services I can provide for my clients.
A core belief of mine is that the world needs more truth, more love, more Yoga and more breath. This is the approach that I take when I am working with others. Encouraging people to push for their goals whilst respecting the limits of their body and mind, and taking self- care into consideration. My training methods are working from the ground (or the chair) up, building strength and self confidence in the individual in a way that is right for them.
When I'm not in the gym or on a Yoga mat, I can often be found listening to music or making a fuss of a dog in need of petting.
My specialisms include:
working with complete beginners or those returning to exercise after a period away. I take a very client-centric approach to training/teaching and work with you, where you are to help you improve your quality of life,health, and fitness levels.
Another approach I use is a very natural/ traditional one so if you're the kind of person who wants to transform their life in a very natural way, through use of western and traditional techniques from various parts of the world.
