



My professional background is in childcare but I have always had a love of exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I discovered my love of Yoga 10 years ago when I decided to try a class, it was the most amazing, positive and calming experience and I want to share my love for this with as many people as possible as every body can benefit from Yoga in some way in their life.
My focus when training myself or others is a health centred approach that looks holistically ( whole body and mind) at health and fitness. Mental health is just as important as physical health and this should not be underestimated.
